Our Approach

Our approach to Chiropractic care views health and wellness through a holistic lens recognising that health is much broader than the mere absence of pain or disease. The spinal cord houses the nerves within your spine that allow your cells to communicate effectively in your body so you can thrive.

Dr Nick conducts a thorough assessment and can provide both manual techniques, along with a gentle approach using an activator, drop piece and blocks depending on your individual needs.

"Look to the nervous system as the key to maximum health"

Back Pain

Back Pain Treatment

Back pain may occur from sports injuries, accidents, repetitious activity or disc injuries.

Pain is often the last symptom to arrive of an underlying condition and can be the last thing to leave once rectified.

Chiropractors are trained in assessing the spine to detect for these issues and make adjustments as needed to correct them.

Headaches

Headache

Patients often don't realise that headaches are not normal and can often be associated with spinal misalignment in the cervical spine.

We live in a tech-savvy society always looking down at screens or computers at work which can contribute to headaches. Adjustments of the neck and back have been shown to help with headaches and migraines.

"Pain relief is a band aide, chiropractic is a solution" - Amy.

Pregnancy and Postnatal

Pregnant belly

Chiropractic during pregnancy is safe, gentle and beneficial for improving back pain, sciatica, symphysis pubis disorder, swelling and discomforts.

Research has shown chiropractic adjustments in pregnancy help to release tension in key birthing joints and ligaments to create space for baby, optimise fetal position and overall birthing outcomes.

After you have a baby is just as important with mothers healing from the birth process, breastfeeding and carrying baby.

Babies and Children

A Toddler and a Baby

Research has shown chiropractic care for babies and children may assist with optimal brain health, developmental milestones, colic, sleep, breastfeeding issues (latching), ADHD, infections, Asthma and bed wetting.

Dr Nick modifies his adjustment techniques for a gentle approach to chiropractic care, talking you through the whole process with discussion of findings.

Nervous System support

Physiotherapy

Chiropractic care is not just "pain-based" care. Supporting your overall nervous system to function properly through adjustments may assist with reproductive and menopausal health, digestive issues, brain-fog, poor immune system, allergies, fatigue, sleep disorders and much more.
